I learned that beginning 1/1/2009 all townhouses built require the installation of Fire Sprinklers in every unit. This will carry over to all new residential construction (new homes) starting on 1/1/2011. This will add approx. $10k in costs plus where do you put the 300 gallon water tank in your house??? I understand that a lawsuit has been started and hopefully an injunction will prevail! What are your thoughts on this?
Fishing on Peck's Pond on Rt. 402 is always a great time! Peck's Pond is a beautiful picturesque lake that is loaded with bass, pickerel, perch and other fish. It is a shallow lake that is good for small boats, canoes, and rafts. Be prepared to see an American Bald Eagle!
